Room booking/reservation will be effective after we receive the deposit, please transfer the deposit (minimum 25% x total room cost) :

Term & Condition:
- Not allow (forbidden) to stay in the same room for couples are not legally married
- Weekday -1 and Weekday-2 rates will apply on Sunday untill Thursday (except holidays)
- Weekend rates will apply on Friday and Saturday (except for the dates in which the premium rates will apply)
- Premium Room Rate will be applied on: 08 until 11 August 2013 (Iedul Fitri), 22 December 2013 until 25 December 2013 (X-Mast) ; 29 December 2013 until 02 January 2014 (New Year)
- Check-in time 01 PM ; Check-out time 12 AM ; Early check-in and/or Late check-out will be applied extra charge (1-3 Hours = 25% x Room Rates ; > 3 hours < 6 Hour = 50% x room Rates ; More than 6 Hours = 100% x Room Rates)
- Room Rates are listed above can be changed any time
- Cancellation of orders can be made 5 days prior to the date of check in, deposit money will be refunded fully, but if the cancellation is made after that date will be penalized from 25% to 100% of the total cost of the canceled order number of rooms
