One of the TOP-12 KPI (Key Performance Indicators) of Rumah Tawa performance is RECOGNITION

Recognition is required by the Rumah Tawa management, is to measure the extent to which service of Rumah Tawa has been effectively received by customers and other key stakeholders.

There are four things that can represent the recognition, is: Award given by formal institutions to Rumah Tawa based on the assessment by professionals; The amount of coverage by the Media (Magazine); number of testimonials from customers and from other key stakeholders; Number of Visitors who access the WEB / Facebook / Twitter and other Social Media

Award from Formal Institution

In order to 202 and 203 Anniversary of Bandung City, Rumah Tawa has received the Award named Anugrah Pesona Pariwisata Bandung as the Best Jasmine Hotel in 2012 and the Best of the Best Jasmine Hotel from 2007 until 2013

Award is given directly by the Mayor of Bandung Mr. Dada Rosada (2012) and Mr.Ridwan Kamil (2013) held at Malibu Dome – Grand Hotel Pasundan
